These terms apply when you apply to, buy from, join, speak at, attend or otherwise use The AI Hub: our events, sessions, memberships, classes and websites. The AI Hub is operated by Aura Logic LLC, doing business as The AI Hub ("we", "AI Hub"). You can reach us at concierge@theaihub.vip.
Every application is read by a person. Sending an application does not confirm a place, does not reserve a table or a seat, and does not authorise any charge. We confirm places only after we have reviewed the application and written to you.
Telling us that you would like to sponsor, buy a ticket or join records your interest only, until a payment is completed. Prices are shown where you buy, in US dollars. Admission is confirmed only once we have verified the payment. Where a sponsorship, ticket or membership includes admissions or benefits, they are the ones shown with it. A membership renews at the rate shown at checkout, and you can cancel it in your members page or by writing to us on WhatsApp or at concierge@theaihub.vip.
Payments are made by card, through a secure third-party payment provider. We never see your full card details. If you tap an add-on and have a saved card, the add-on is charged to that card, as shown before you tap. If you would like to change or cancel something, or you would like a refund, write to us at concierge@theaihub.vip and a person will answer.
The date, the city and the venue are the ones on your invitation, ticket or confirmation. Sessions can be in person or online.
What is shared in the room stays in the room. Guests may not record, take screenshots of, or repost other guests' material. Breaking this is grounds for removal from the room without a refund. The AI Hub itself films and records its events, as set out in the Media Release.
When you accept these terms you also accept the Media Release at theaihub.vip/media-release. In plain words: we film and record AI Hub events, and if you are in them we may use your name, face and voice to show people what The AI Hub is. You can tell us to stop for new uses at any time.
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy at theaihub.vip/privacy. Accepting these terms means you accept that policy.
By applying, buying or joining, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, email and phone about your application, your order or your membership, and about AI Hub events. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or by writing to concierge@theaihub.vip. Stopping messages does not cancel an order or a membership, or withdraw an application you have already sent.
When we change these terms, the Privacy Policy or the Media Release, the new version gets a new version number, shown at the top of the page. When you accept, we save which version you accepted, in which language, and when. A new version applies to what you do after it is published.
