This page explains what we collect when you apply to, buy from, join, speak at or attend The AI Hub, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. The AI Hub is operated by Aura Logic LLC, doing business as The AI Hub. Write to concierge@theaihub.vip at any time with a question or a request.
Your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your LinkedIn profile or Instagram handle, your professional role, what you are building with AI or e-commerce, your answers to application questions, and your sponsorship, ticket, class or membership choices. If you speak or send us materials, we also collect those materials. At our events we collect photos, video and audio, and anything made from them. When you accept our terms we save a record of it (see "Your acceptance record").
To review your application; to take your order and run your membership; to contact you about your application, order or membership and about AI Hub events; to run, record and publish our events and sessions as set out in the Media Release; and to help our team introduce you to the people you asked to meet. We do not sell your details.
We film, photograph and record AI Hub events and sessions. We may cut, caption, transcribe, translate and subtitle recordings, and we use AI-assisted tools to do that. We do not create a synthetic copy of your voice or your face unless you say yes to that, separately. The full wording is in the Media Release at theaihub.vip/media-release.
Our own team, our website hosting, our application and order databases, the email and messaging services we use to contact you, and the services that store and edit our recordings. If you pay, our payment provider processes the payment and we never see your full card details.
We keep your application details while we run AI Hub events, and we delete them on request. We keep recordings and the content made from them until you withdraw your permission for future uses. We keep your acceptance record as proof of what you agreed to.
When you accept the terms we save: what you accepted and the exact wording shown to you, the version, the language, the date and time, the application or order it belongs to, the page and a coarse device type, and a scrambled form of your internet address (never the address itself). We do this so we can show later what you agreed to.
Our forms use a secure session cookie so you can reload the page and continue where you stopped. It carries no card data. We also record which page and link brought you to us, without your name attached.
After you send an application, the confirmation screen loads one small invisible image. It tells our advertising measurement service that an application came from one of our ads. It carries no name, no email, no phone number and nothing you typed, it loads only on that one screen, and blocking images in your browser does not stop your application from arriving.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to concierge@theaihub.vip. If you are in Colombia you can exercise your habeas data rights under Law 1581 of 2012 the same way. You can withdraw your media permission for future uses at any time, as set out in the Media Release.
You can stop messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to concierge@theaihub.vip. Stopping messages does not cancel an order or a membership, or withdraw an application you have already sent.
