WHAT THIS MEANS (in plain words)
Aura Logic LLC, doing business as The AI Hub ("we", "AI Hub").
You give us permission to record you and to use your name, image, likeness, voice and statements, and any content you appear in or send us ("Your Content"). Your Content includes photos, video, audio, screen shares, chat messages, questions, comments, slides, documents, links, transcripts and anything made from them.
For AI Hub events (in person and online), our members area and courses, our websites, email and messages, organic social media, paid advertising, and event and marketing materials, in any format, anywhere in the world.
We may cut, crop, caption, transcribe, translate and subtitle Your Content, clean up audio and video, and use AI-assisted tools to do that. Spoken translation in a voice that is not a copy of yours (for example, a human interpreter) is included. Anything that recreates your own voice or face with AI is NOT included: see section 6.
This permission lasts from the day you accept it until you withdraw it for future uses under section 8.
We will not create a synthetic version of your voice, face or body, and will not make you appear to say or do something you did not, unless you give a separate, specific, written yes for that use. A yes is never required to attend, apply, buy or join. You can withdraw it at any time.
You keep ownership of your system, code and know-how. You give us a license to present and publish your session and the materials you send us, in the ways described above, with credit to you by name wherever the format allows (a very short ad may not have room). You confirm you have the right to share those materials and that they contain no passwords, keys or private customer data. If you also accepted the Speaker Terms or the Builder Terms, those terms apply together with this release; for your session and your materials, the more specific terms apply if the two differ.
You can withdraw this permission for future uses at any time by writing to concierge@theaihub.vip. After that we stop using you in new content and new ads, and take you out of existing material we can still edit. We cannot recall what has already been published, sent or shown, copies other people made, or finished pieces that cannot reasonably be redone. Withdrawing does not cancel an order or a membership.
We will not say you endorse a product, or use your words as a testimonial, without your approval of the exact words. We will not change what you said so that it means something different. We will not sell your image or voice to other companies for their own advertising.
Unless a written agreement with you says otherwise, this permission is given without payment. (Builder program shares are set in the builder program, not here.)
